The Censor Board has reportedly postponed Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film OMG 2, which was scheduled to release on August 11.

According to the board, OMG 2 has many major flaws, which is why 35 cuts were demanded. Additionally, it requested Kumar’s character be changed from Lord Shiva to Shiva’s messenger.

As reported, the trailer will be released in the next few days after receiving a U/A certification from the board. The event will not be marked by a grand launch.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan, Deepika Padukone’s Pathaan, and Alia Bhatt’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani were all released on social media before this.

Taking on the role of Lord Shiva in OMG 2, Akshay Kumar is directed by Amit Rai. As well as Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam, Yami Gautam plays a pivotal role in the film. Paresh Rawal played the lead role in the 2012 comedy-drama OMG, according to India Today.
