Taylor Swift pays emotional tribute to fan who died at her Brazil show.

At the Brazil concert site of Taylor Swift’s Eras tour, Swift shed tears after paying an emotional tribute to her young fan who passed away from cardiac arrest as a result of extreme heat.

After Ana Clara Benevides’ tragic death, the Anti-Hero hitmaker returned to stage in Rio de Janeiro and reportedly dedicated the song Bigger Than the Whole Sky to her.

The song ends with Swift singing, “Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye / You’re bigger than the whole sky / You’re more than a flash of time.”

/ What could’ve been, would’ve been / What should’ve been you / What could’ve been, would’ve been you / What could’ve been, would’ve been you.

There are no words to describe the aftermath/ Salt streams out of my eyes and into my ears/ Everything I touch becomes sick with sorrow.”

The singer’s fans praised her for her heartbreaking tribute to the 23-year-old fan in a TikTok video posted by another fan.

One wrote, “She played it for the girl who died, I’m going to cry,” while another commented, “She played her heart out on that piano, you could tell she was doing it all for her.”

Multiple media outlets reported that Benevides tragically died due to the intense heat before Swift’s concert in Brazil.

On the way to the hospital, she suffered another heart attack, and sadly, didn’t survive after arriving. She had collapsed in the front row, was revived at the stadium for about 40 minutes, and suffered another heart attack on the way to the hospital.
