    Markus Müller says:

The regulations of the UN Security Council and its quorum can and must be urgently adapted to current global needs! Where is the UN-coordinated task force for fair referendums (plebiscites) in disputed crisis areas? Kurdistan, Eastern Ukraine, Jammu and Kashmir, Nagorno-Karabakh, Tibet and Xinjiang, Palestine, Western Sahara… Scotland.

In addition to a choice between two or more competing states, fair referendums in a disputed region must, of course, also offer the possibility of fully self-determined sovereignty. (A state transition such as that from Yugoslavia to Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia…. – or from Czechoslovakia to the Czech Republic and Slovakia).

Or do we only admire those “representatives of the people” whose administration favors bloody conflicts? As soon as people again honor good proposals of individuals for fair settlement of disputes (and compare, discuss and select corresponding improved regulations), we will be able to climb the next rung on the evolutionary ladder.

England is like the Song by the Eagles, “Hotel California” you can sign in, but you can never leave.

It’s actually you can check out but I get your point

    David 11 says:

Unless you say yes but we said NO!

    George Browne says:

@Asher LoatOf course you’re right about the Song Lyrics,😄 but with regards to the reality of the Scottish issue, they can’t Check Out.

This Court decision has done England no favours, as those that were on the fence regarding Independence, will feel dictated to now, and make their decision much easier.

Here’s another Song and especially for Independent minded Scots,………..Don’t give up you have friends. Don’t give up you arn’t beaten yet. Don’t give up we know you’ll make it good .

Imagine if the EU had disallowed the UK to hold a referendum on Brexit.

    Bab Blo says:

Scotland voted to stay in EU, twice. 2014, 2016

    Where are we now?

    Brian Waas says:

@Goat As i recall, that referendum was about brexit, not leaving the commonwealth.

    OrganMusicYT says:

I’m pro-union, but I find myself asking the question, if Scotland is such a burden on the UK as we are repeatedly told, then why is Westminster so desperate to hang onto Scotland?

    Nathan45023 says:

@Alexander Simpsonthis is false. It has been recently reported that one of the chief executives of the Bank of England said it would be feasible for Scotland to keep the pound if we left the union.

    Alexander Simpson says:

@Nathan45023 I said when Scotland was to join the EU.. There is no mechanism that avoids Scotland adopting the Euro, oot outs are no longer an option. I didn’t day Scotland would adopt the Euro when if left the UK, which would not be possible.. 🙄

    GCG1989 says:

I figured Westminster wanted to hold on to their piece of the oil from the North Sea.

    David Hall says:

This would be a massive backward step to reduce our once great country to tiny little insignificant areas and this woman is a big disgrace to the brave Scottish people who died fighting for Great Britain in two world wars. An independant Sottland would become the Economic, Financial and Political enemy of Great Britain

@Chris Gilmore nah man, we were the colonisers as well

    DJSC says:

The single issue Party and a second “once in a lifetime” indyref…

    Peter De Falconeddi says:

not one single person said that as you mean it – it’s like saying this is your once in a lifetime chance to win the world cup and lose and then refusing to enter the competition ever again because that was said by someone somewhere meaning – what a chance – stop spreading nonsense

    fifty-five says:

@Peter De Falconeddi You are the only one spreading nonsense my friend

    DJSC says:

@Peter De Falconeddi Listen back to the interview where Krankie says it first, if you still think the same… then seek help…

    Bab Blo says:

Once in a generation became once in a lifetime. Let Scotland go and get a life!

    DJSC says:

@Bab Blo I’m all for it, it’ll make for great viewing!

    Calum A says:

I personally love the scotts. Saying Scotland is fed up with London is a moot point! We’re fed up with London and our own government. That much is absolutely clear! If Scotland leave, can everywhere except London chip off too!

    Bronx says:

Get rid of the tory’s is the answer, the English working class hate them, and so do the Scots and the Welsh!

    Bab Blo says:

London is likely to leave and rejoin EU.

    Be Be says:

@Bab Blo that would be amazing. We can build a 50ft wall around that dump and keep you all in

    Yvonne Plant says:

    Scots not Scotts.

    Roberto Matteucci says:

i hope scottish people can be independent from london government and they can make their own law not london government made for them.

    Decimal says:

    Like Brexit?

    Robert best says:

    Scotland has own laws mr

    Bab Blo says:

International community stands with free Scotland

    Roberto Matteucci says:

@Robert best then why can’t they be independent mr?

    Sean Kavanagh says:

No country ever got their independence from Westminster by asking for it. You need to take it.

    Bob the bear says:

Best outcome for Sturgeon, she knows support dwindling by the day.

    Chris Gilmore says:

Not the way Brexit is making everything worse in the UK than in the rest of the EU, she will continue as those that voted for her demand.

    fifty-five says:

Fail to see how this is good for her only option she has now is to do it illegally and become a criminal

    Jim Lang says:

You Brexshit tory turds are the best outcome for the SNP. For all her faults, Sturgeon, the wee pasty faced wumin has been running rings around you lot since she became first minister.

    Bab Blo says:

The longer london t yranny lasts, the more will resilient Scotland will become.

    Great Western MGM says:

Can Sturgeon not accept no for an answer? The Scots had their chance to vote independence in 2014 and voted no. She just needs to accept it and move on rather than fight a futile battle. She has clearly watched Braveheart way too many times.

    Chris Gilmore says:

You don’t seem to know your Scottish lore all that well or Scots all that well. How many times did the spider rebuild it’s web??? Take an honest look at Scot’s history and how since the time of the Rome’s they lost almost every battle, yet never did a loss mean they gave up the struggle for independence. Scots have lost again and again, but they never accepted a loss as the end, it’s only a setback on the way to their victory.

    fifty-five says:

@Chris Gilmore Ye but the problem is we are fighting each other and the majority won and the minority can’t accept it

    Eli Johnson says:

Or they can negotiate with the united nations and claim independence through their safety terms

    Louis . says:

Or just get the Americans directly involved, either way works.

    Bab Blo says:

London t yranny is bringing the whole country d own. Look at NI, look at Wales.

    Brian Waas says:

@Louis . I can promise you that if america was asked to choose, they would take the third option and stay out of it, even if scotland was considered the underdog in that argument.

Its because america doesnt want to alienate either side, but in all honesty, washington would prefer england stay as economically powerful as it is, not less. If america was forced to pick a side it would be england. They are more valuable to american economics than scotland.

    FLD says:

I’m not for independence (I am Scottish) . Snp had their “ once in a generation vote” (Scottish education has declined – proof SNP don’t know what a generation is) . Stop pipe dreams and put that £20 million she was holding back into health care and education!

    John Brewster says:

My neighbours and generally people I spoke too don’t realise she wants European to decide where Scotland going, they make fiscal decisions when Scotland adopts the Euro and the laws. Brussels is an unelected bureaucratic system. She’s being selective and economical with the truth. Blimey she can’t even sort out the ferry scandal and all the other problems in the country, how she going to fair being independent.

    Jacob Urban says:

I don’t know if Scotland should or shouldn’t leave the UK but a court in London telling scotts that they don’t have the right to decide for them selves probably won’t help to keep them from wanting to leave

    Juice says:

This is actually like saying everyone should have the right to do what they want to do with their bodies and the first thing they do is reach for a gun to put in their mouth. I mean do you let someone do something exceptionally stupid because they have the right to do it? The answer is yes, unfortunately, that’s how democracy works.

    Bab Blo says:

@Jacob. Indeed. Interesting that London t yrrany i gnores the obvious!

    Em Scott says:

@Bab Blo The most tenacious Russian bots couldn’t achieve what SNP have in terms of dividing Scotland and creating ill will. Well done to Fuhrer Krankie and her free sanitary towel, no trains dimwits.

    Be Be says:

@BongoTheMidget the 1m+ scots that voted for brexit don’t exist? If Scotland voted ‘pretty much unanimously’ for remain, we would have remained; those votes were crucial, you absolute 🤡 🤡😂

    Arman Amini says:

Uk is a country England or Scotland aren’t in political sense a state can not leave a country without permission even England can not become independents without approval! Some lovely countries like Spain even didn’t let the first vote to happen

    William Smith says:

*Amazing videos and thank you for breaking it down!!! Despite the economic downturn, I’m so happy I have been earning $ 55,000 returns from my $9,000 investment every 14 days..*

    kinn grimm says:

When one needs the concent of the nation you want to be independent from, then to wait for their concent to agree for a vote for independance seems rather a stacked deck against you.

    Louis . says:

Shhhh! your talking to much sense, don’t get yourself into trouble with the Gestapo!

    kinn grimm says:

@Louis . grammar nazi; ” “talking *to* much sense” , that makes either less sense than you thought or not too much”

    John Brewster says:

That guy nailed it, the SNP can call an early election on the basis of getting an independent vote. However that can backfire on them. The last vote was promised on keeping the SNP in government to handle the Covid pandemic and now they‘re saying it wasn’t. I will never vote SNP because they’re too tribal and toxic, the state of Scotland at moment and the cost of living crisis, going for independence is reckless. You think Brexit was or should I say is bad because it isn’t resolved yet, the separation of Scotland is going be even worse, we’re too intertwined financially on pensions, mortgages and saving. She thinks it’s going to be a 1 for 1 swap on our currency, we’ll you can forget that, it’s been reported we’ll lose 25% value on the new Scottish groat. Which will have a massive knock effect on our savings, mortgages and pensions pots and let’s not talk about the border if we join the EU and their currency.

    Game Changer says:

You can’t take stolen things back without thief’s consent wow 😂

    Bab Blo says:

Thief happens to be a self-proclaimed judge.

    That’s called a democracy 😀

    HorribleOggy says:

Let’s keep voting until we get the vote we want if that was true let’s vote for brexit again

    cs han says:

Has the referendum on Kosovo’s independence been approved by the Serbian government? Why Scotland needs UK government approval?
