Puerto Rico remains in the dark, lacks clean water after Hurricane Fiona makes landfall

Puerto Rico is expected to be without power for days after Hurricane Fiona made landfall. This comes five years after Hurricane Maria devastated the island. CBS News lead national correspondent David Begnaud joins "CBS News Mornings" from Puerto Rico with the latest.

    This happens all the time now in Puerto Rico – maybe only build HOUSE BOATS – and hurricane resistant shelters as a no-brainier – things aren’t going to get any better with climate change hammering down.
