After a foot race with former NFL star Stevan Ridley, Kevin Hart is wheelchair-bound.

In a post shared Wednesday night, Hart shared a video of himself in a wheelchair and explained what happened.

“44 and sitting my ass down!!!! I must be the dumbest man alive!!!!! What the f–k am I doing???? I blew my s–t…I’m done. FML,” the comedian wrote on Instagram.

“Well, I’m in a wheelchair because I tried to do some young stuff,” Hart explained in the clip.
It was a debate about who was faster. Those who know me know I am pretty fast,” he said. “There’s no way you’re going to beat me,” Stevan said. “Stevan is an ex-NFL running back [who] played for the New England Patriots. Very good guy.”

A 40-yard dash between Hart, 44, and Ridley, 34, led to Hart’s torn abdomen and torn hip abductors. It is the comedian’s opinion that his injuries are more related to his age than to his injuries.

“My men and women who are 40 and older, it’s not a game, respect your age,” Hart said. “You either respect that age, or it makes you respect it. I was just forced to respect it. This is just a public service announcement because I know people may see me out. “I’m in a wheelchair. I apologize to Hart following the race. I don’t want you to be alarmed,” Ridley said.

“Tom Brady did it at your age, so I thought you had the juice too,” Ridley joked in an Instagram story on Thursday.

He added, “My bad.”. Let’s keep laughing together.”

It is unclear how long Hart will be in a wheelchair or how his recovery process will proceed.

Fox News Digital’s request for comment was not immediately answered by the actor’s representative.
