In Sunday’s 3-0 win over Aston Villa, Liverpool full-back Alexander-Arnold suffered a hamstring injury.

A Euro 2024 qualifier against Ukraine will take place in Poland on Saturday, followed by a friendly against Scotland in Glasgow on September 12.

Gareth Southgate has decided not to call up any replacements for those matches.a
