    Coach King says:

This LGBTQ being forced down people's throats, has gone to far. Do your business in your own privacy. Respect a countries law.

    Alek Marin says:

He's got a point, focus on own countries problems

    Siôn Jobbins says:

Sport should be er be bribed. Stadiums shouldn't be built by slave workers.

    Shaw says:

Literal, permanently ban: alcohol, public display of affection and betting!

    Mind Begs the Question:
To Support and Aid an Apartheid State
    Righteous,Evil?

    Angel Dust says:

Prince William is NOT WELCOME! Who cares if someone doesn't want to come for world cup. The fans will come. Although, i don't much care for the country, it is unfair to demonize them, which is the typical western stance! SHAMEFUL.

    Angel Dust says:

He is trying to bully Qatar. Shame

    Shaw says:

Public display of affection should actually be banned literally in england, it isn't literal religion, any religion, it's nice to have a cleaner society, one rule, applies to the literal next!

    Gavin48 says:

We in the West are being a bit self righteous. It's their country. They can do what they want. Our country has mega problems as well. Look at Knife Crime, Racism, Sexual assaults, Police who kill innocent women, Nurses who kill Babies, Onlyfans etc etc. The west is no better.

    jim thompson says:

Imagine lots of Arabs coming to the euro’s protesting against homosexuals? It would be funny to see, but certainly not appropriate.

    Herman Spaerman says:

Meanwhile Qatar is putting up plaques with quran verses all over the country in an attempt to convert visitors and players. How about not mixing religion and sports.

    jan janssens says:

Howmany people died in slavery conditions building the infrastructure needed to host this world cup

    Tickled Eggz says:

Funny how people only say things like "sport shouldnt be political" when the conversation isnt going to go their way. No-one was telling Rashford to stop being political a couple of years ago except people who think it's ok that we have more food banks than libraries.

    Taofeek Adebayo Salam says:

    Stand with Qatar.

    Brian Perkins says:

Sports should never be politicised? Says the regime that bribed their way to holding this sporting event solely to give their regime a positive political image. And please dont present the english footballers or anyone else who turns up as "making any kind of a stand". The only stand to take is not to turn up here at all and give them any kind of legitimcay.

    Firosh Saris says:

??? Qatar politicised it by buying world cup host and then having slaves to work in them.

    Billy Jepson says:

pleases watch HICT SEVENS vids on the Qatar world cup

    GM 1990 says:

He feels no shame by the killing of 6,500 workers who died building the stadiums.

    Leul Georgis says:

Why is Quatar hosting the tournament if it's not at least partly for political reasons.

    Phil Curtis says:

"We have our cultural norms" – Homosexuality is illegal. But please respect this in Qatar 🤣🤣🤣 followed by "We welcome everyone to come to Qatar"

Let's be real… There should be higher standards for FIFA and the world Cup.. A host country should meet the requirements for all to enjoy. And if the country doesn't, then it shouldn't have been picked in the first place. Yet greed and money always seems to follow FIFA ⚽️

    HV says:

Football should be inclusive and not discriminatory, so hosting the largest footballing event in a country that discriminates against people for the way they were born is despicable.

    jamakasis18 says:

Because surely Qatar bribed its way to host it not for political reasons xD
Sportswashing is a thing and it is political.

    TechTinkering says:

    Yeah but it is

    Phil Curtis says:

The title should read "Sports should never be used for modern slavery" or greed.. or personal gain.

    Svnny says:
