“So why am I sharing this? I fell into a deep depression during my pregnancy,” she explained. It wasn’t until I gradually started crawling out that I realized I had postpartum depression. I felt trapped in my body. I couldn’t even sing.”

The daughter of comedian Rob Schneider explained she “started slow” with exercise and now works with a personal trainer. It’s more than breaking a sweat for the singer of “Ex’s and Oh’s”. So I started slow. Metabolic workouts. Light cardio to warm up my body, lungs, voice, and spirit. I am a creature of habit, so I changed my f—ing habits. The body gets stronger every few weeks. “I add more workouts, and I exercise with @pauldominic_, who is basically a body builder,” she said.

“However, if you don’t have one of those, you have to be YOUR own champion. Find music you like! Ride a bike! Swim! I thought I wanted to lose weight, but it’s so much more. My BRAIN works better on days where I exercise.”

Her videos show her doing her skincare routine, working out, and soundchecking before a concert. While she doesn’t take weight loss medication, she doesn’t judge anyone who does.

” There are days when I count stretch marks. There are days when I hug myself and say thanks to my body. Today is a kind day. There was a time when I was tiny, there was a time when I was huge, but now I’m healthy,” King wrote. “I’m pre-diabetic and have PCOS. When I was 10, I watched my diabetic grandfather inject himself.”

“No one should be judged for trying to live a healthier life,” she said. “There can be no comparison with my own journey! I just wish for a long, wonderful, healthy life filled with drinking, eating fish, laughing, and dying happy.”
