Thailand’s medics report three people have been killed in a shooting at a luxury shopping mall in Bangkok.

As a result of the incident, four other people were injured. An arrest has been made of a 14-year-old suspect. Previously, he had been carrying a handgun.

Shoppers were seen running out of the center in footage shared on social media earlier.

There was a closure of the center as well as the nearby Siam metro station. There have also been videos posted, apparently from inside the mall.

In one video, four loud noises that sound like gunshots can be clearly heard in the complex.

In addition, witnesses have reported that they have taken to hiding inside shops and bathrooms.
