The special event will take place on September 12th, Apple announced on Tuesday. Press invites will be sent to journalists on the morning of September 12th. General public will be able to watch online at 10 am PST from the Steve Jobs Theater inside Apple Park, the company’s headquarters in Cupertino, California.

With this year’s invitation featuring a disintegrating, multi-hued Apple logo and the tagline: “Wonderlust,” Apple’s event invitations are always carefully studied for hidden messages.

The company is expected to unveil the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro, with rumors that the next generation of the iPhone will bring significant upgrades including new colors, better battery performance, a switch from Apple’s proprietary lightning connector to USB-C, faster charging and highly improved camera capabilities, according to 9to5Mac, a tech blog that closely follows Apple rumors.

There will also be new iterations of the Apple Watch and Apple Watch Ultra.

Approximately three months ago, Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference unveiled updates to a number of hardware and software products, including the highly ambitious Vision Pro mixed reality headset.
