In a case that has captivated the country, Heather Wilkinson, 66, was one of three guests who died after a lunch in Leongatha in July.

According to police, Erin Patterson’s dish contained lethal death cap mushrooms.

According to Ms Patterson, she accidentally used the mushrooms.

Police named her as a suspect after she and her two children appeared unharmed after lunch. However, she has not been arrested or charged.

According to Ms Patterson, she herself was admitted to the hospital after the meal due to stomach pains. 66-year-old Heather Wilkinson, one of three guests who died after a July lunch in Leongatha, was among the dead.
