In 1972, while working as a server at The Trident restaurant in Sausalito, California, the disgraced comedian allegedly raped and drugged Donna Motsinger.

According to documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Motsinger also filed the complaint against Cosby’s production company, Jemmin Inc., and the Circle Star Theater for “failing to ensure the safety of its guests at the hands of its performers.”

According to documents, Jemmin, Inc. is vicariously liable for Mr. Cosby’s sexual battery since Jemmin, Inc. authorized and ratified it. According to Motsinger’s suit, Jemmin, Inc. is guilty of fraud, oppression, and malice for sexually assaulting Ms. Motsinger at the hands of Cosby.

One night, Motsinger said Cosby, a regular at The Trident, invited her to one of his shows at the Circle Star Theater in San Carlos, Calif. According to the documents, he picked her up in a limousine and gave her a glass of wine on the way.

According to the complaint, Cosby was filming his comedy stand-up act for “Inside the Mind of Bill Cosby.”

The actress claimed Cosby took her to the dressing room, where she felt sick and Cosby gave her what she believed was an aspirin.

The next thing she knew, two men attending to Mr. Cosby were placing her in a limousine with him. In the limousine, Mr. Cosby put his arms around her, and the last thing Ms. Motsinger remembers is flashes of light.”
