The Rolling Stones frontman is rolling out of his gated community in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.

The waterfront home was sold by the Rolling Stones frontman and his partner, choreographer and former ballerina Melanie Hamrick, for $3.25 million at the end of August.

In a nod to one of the band’s most famous songs, the listing with Christine Spelman with Re/Max Alliance Group stated, “You can’t always get what you want… but this house is definitely what you need.”

This four-bedroom property measures approximately 5,700 square feet and is located within the Lake Club, a “premier gated community” roughly 30 minutes from downtown Sarasota.

The house features a great room, a media room with a wet bar, a study, a den, three balconies, a screened lanai, and its own bell tower.

There are two walk-in pantries in the chef’s kitchen, and there is a cappuccino machine in the primary bedroom suite, which also has a fireplace and a walk-in closet.

A listing states that the couple has spent more than $400,000 remodeling the home during their ownership, including cosmetic updates, extensive landscaping, and security cameras and gates.

The home was reportedly bought by Jagger as a Christmas gift for Hamrick, 80, but records with PropertyShark show Hamrick, 36, was the only owner at the time.
