Erica Robin, a beauty queen from Karachi, has been crowned “Miss Universe Pakistan 2023” for the first time.

The beauty pageant also featured four other models from different parts of the country, including Hira Inam from Lahore, Jessical Wilson from Rawalpindi, and Pakistani-American Malika Alvi from Pennsylvania.

“I am honoured and humbled to be the first ever Miss Universe Pakistan, and I want to spread the beauty of Pakistan,” Robin said after winning the title.

According to her, Pakistan has a beautiful culture that the media does not cover and its people are very generous, kind and hospitable.

“In addition, I would like to invite everyone to visit my country and enjoy the most sumptuous Pakistani cuisines and explore our enchanting nature, our snow-capped mountains, our greeneries, and our progressive landscapes,” she wrote.

The Miss Universe pageant will be held in El Salvador later this year, and Robin will be the official representative for Pakistan.

During the prestigious Miss Universe pageant, Pakistan will send five models to compete. As a result of this historic moment, Pakistan will be represented for the first time in the most prestigious beauty contest in the world.
